I think in the second line it should be 'Naively' instead of 'naivly'. If I am incorrect I apologize. In the third line you have an un-capitalized 'I'.
At any rate both of the above are quite trite, and your poem is good anyway. Your word choice and layout is pretty cool and I like the flow of the poem. I could really get a sense of emotion from this.
