Hmmm, Perhaps I'll Tailor it more to that. This is not one of my better poems.

This is actually good, and though you say there is no meaning within the poem I believe there is:
Pretty much, what I got from this poem is that the world has laws, but most people cannot keep in step with the laws because we are all, afterall, flawed people. Then, in death, if you go to heaven you have eternal life and tranquility, so the people dancing in life, will have a rest in death's final applause.
