Thanks so much for the comment, it really meant a lot to me. I guess in my head im not "officially" a writer/poet until I've published something in a book, or ect. Thanks so much again for the advice and kind words, they really do make a difference.

There is no such thing as learning to become a poet. We are all different in style and emotion, such as that no two poets are exactly the same. What you just did was beautiful...keep writing just the way you are...I like the voice, the metaphors, and pretty much everything else. :) You're already a poet.
