i really like this poem i like the ending

Good. I like the end it gives a good sense of finality the only thing you may want to change is the one line "turn the water deep". The word "turn" doesn't exactly fit in there if you used a thesaurus to change it to something like, "make the water deep" it might sound a bit better.
