Her Amber Eyes

Her heart is broken,
You know it's your fault.
The black mascara tears fall from her amber eyes.
She's pleading with you,
Screaming.

The same rain bathe's you both,
Though you feel as if you belong in two different worlds.

She's dying on the inside.
It's all your fault.

You let her throw her arms around you one last time.

Her hair smells of rain,
Her face is contorted in pain,
And you know it's all your fault.

But you
Just
Don't
Care.
