Sandal prints are implanted in the pavement
Most of which are mine

With every curve they try to belong and be one with the earth
but with every curve they are also denied

Whether they are green as the leaves
or brown as the earth looks aren't an option
as long as they show what they are worth

The shape of your foot isn't the problem
nor is your sandal too

It's the people that walk in them
