Apology to the World

I'm sorry world,
for what my kind has done to you,
cutting down your forests,
polluting your lakes,
killing your animals,
harming your plants,
dirtying your atmosphere,
If i could say sorry to all of your wonders, i would,
but i am just one person,
we all need to apologize,
to you, our earth, i truly am sorry,
so forgive us all,
for causing your downfall,
I will try to make it right,
and i will never lose sight,
of the greatness you will hold again.
