Love notes written in colorful pen.
It’s that time of year again.

Colorful candy hearts galore.
Secret words taped on locker doors.
Girls skip down the hallway without a care.
All because love is in the air.

Red, red roses are given too.
Maybe pink but never blue.
And when you receive the roses and such.
Your cheeks tint with a healthy blush.

Cupid’s arrows rain down during the day.
For it’s the only time of the year he can play.
So kisses are blown ‘til night as if to say.
