Read Between the Lines

Everything in the world
Is not as plain as day
Sometimes it’s hidden
Between the lines
And if we want to see it
We have to read the whole page

The world is a book
And every once and a while
We need to read
Between the lines
Everybody can translate the lines of my poem
But I bet no one has the exact same one
That’s what is so wonderful about the book called earth.
A word can have a thousand meanings
But to understand all of them
You have to read
Between the lines
Sometimes life seems to be
Way too fast paced
And we don’t have enough time
But if we slow down
Just for a minute
We can look close enough
To read
Between the lines
