Lovely Little Lie

Perfection at its ripest, Innocence at its core
But the trouble is that I don't love her anymore
Her web of lies and pointless charade
Combine to form her demonic masquerade

Adoration is quickly morphed into rage
Venomous betrayal at such a young age
And it won't make a difference, The tears I cry
I still fell for her lovely little lie

She watches me now, Relishing my pain
Her oblivious hatred showing no signs of wane
A lovely little smile on her lovely little mouth
Her beauty starts veering to the flaming South

Trust has dissolved now, Coveting is gone
But she'll continue to hypnotize with the eyes of a fawn
She'll proceed with the wounding, She'll get by
She'll continue to live her lovely little lie
