Love

Love

A distant memory haunted the deep dark recesses of her mind
A place where spirits and souls are intertwined
To all things love is blind.
A great Master plot designed.

The whole world kneels in awe before love.
It trembles at its feet.
Such a thing as innocent as a dove
We can never repeat.

Twilight calls out its fair song
Nothing short of mysterious
The lovers say “To each other we belong”
Their countenances are serious.

The trees bow with respect
In the park
The Lovers didn’t know what to expect
From emotion’s great spark

Her voice was like the music of angels
His face shone like the sun
Her eyes were bright jewels
Such was their passion
A thing that no none can shun…
Two hearts filled with compassion.

In our lives there is bound to be one
Who will care for us like no other.
And will, in the long run, be able
To be there for each other.

Love makes life seem as if something is over
And as if your life has scarcely begun
It has nothing to do with luck or a four-leaf clover
Of these things, there are none.

Yet, it is as close to peace as we can get
An innocent, caring love
The flame has been lit
Joy from the heavens above.

It is full of hope.
This thing called true love.
With this it is easy to cope
It is impossible to fall out of.
It is not what someone can do for you,
But what you can do for them.
