Come on!

Long ago and far away
A new life, a new dream
Crashing upon the rocks
Of my life, of my existence.

Can’t you see?
Deep inside
There’s an animal lurking
Longing for freedom.

Sadly held back
By suppression of expression
(Hopeless conformity)
Lost in a sea of hypocrisy (lies)

Let’s crash the gates,
Show them what we’re made of.
Don’t shy away now, love
Prove ourselves
Don’t fall into mediocrity
A depressed heart
A filthy lie.

Oh how wrong we were to ever think
That the future was resolved.
When all it is…. Is a contradiction
Of dignity and freedom.

I’ll take your hand
And lead you back.
Don’t shy away.
Don’t turn away.

I wanna destroy this distorted afterimage
The reason being
Is that within,
I see my own limitations!

In the window of my overly self-consious self,
I see too many blanks in the calendar of my life.
I’ll erase and I’ll rewrite
With crushing surrealism
And an overwhelming sense of presense!

Even the most pointless imaginings
(Don’t turn them away)
Can be the driving force
That creates you.

Let’s crash the gates,
Show them what we’re made of.
Don’t shy away now, love
Prove ourselves
Don’t fall into mediocrity
A depressed heart
A filthy lie.

Erase my mind, my life
I give you fresh ink
Do what you will!!!
Revive (me)
Rewrite (me)
I give you my body and soul

Erase this decaying heart
Erase these filthy lies
Erase worthlessness, wild illusions.
Rewrite this life.

Let’s crash the gates,
Show them what we’re made of.
Don’t shy away now, love
Prove ourselves
Don’t fall into mediocrity
A depressed heart
A filthy lie.

Weren’t we all holding on
To something we never had….
Well, come on… Come on!

Erase my mind, my life
I give you fresh ink
Do what you will!!!
Revive (me)
Rewrite (me)
I give you my life and soul.

Come on!
(Pierce my heart as it yearns for your love)
