The End Indifference Made

Drowning in desire
Swimming in this lake of fire
As these thoughts ignite
Destroying the light

The last shreds of dignity
Blow away into my infinity
I forget where they go
It’s someplace you will never know

Maybe in some future life
You will learn about my strife
You will see this vicious circle
But by then I’ll be cold and purple

Perhaps as the sun sets on my last day
I will look to the sky and I will say
“Good bye forever I welcome this hour”
Then the demons my soul devour.

Death will never then find me
In that creature’s belly I hide me
Away I drift and slowly fade
It’s an end indifference made.
