Pointless Poem after Breakup

Forever seems so close to me
With a clothes hanger around my neck
When you promised me a better life
I thought you meant this life
So here it goes
Where it stops, nobody knows
You said you loved me
You said you needed me
Now you're silent and not saying a word
I looked to you once, for advice and love
But now you're gone
So I vanish from this hell
This hell called life
I was happy once, when you were beside me
But now you're gone
So I will be too
When you're not in my life
I might as well be dead
I feel dead
I sound dead
I am dead
You promised me forever
You promised me a marriage
You promised me a life
But now we wont make it
Will I make it through tomorrow?
Will I make it through tonight
I must say I'm sorry, and end this with goodnight
I gave you my heart
But now you're gone
You have taken it with you
And I'm heartless
I'm breathless
May as well be lifeless
I could blame it on you
I could blame in on me
I could blame in on them
But what good would that do
This is my last goodbye
It my last I love you
Time to hang up the phone
And hang up this life
