Dear Sister...

You aren’t able to see the pain in their eyes in form of disguise when you say that everything is going to be alright. When they call and you don’t answer, you aren’t able to see their expression of fright, for they know that it’s another night in which there is a great chance in which you won’t survive. For they know it’s another night in which you probably are making the mistake of dismantling your life; of throwing all of your dreams away. Of giving everything up, giving everything you accomplished in the past years, giving up everything you learned, just for the sake of feeding sheer desire. When they try to talk to you, and you ignore them, you aren’t able to see that look of painful depression, that look that means that they are desperately seeking for the answer; seeking the answer that will guide them to your salvation. So please, I beg you, stop inflicting distress and torment on the people that gave you everything. That educated you, the people that cared for you, the people that showed you everything you know, that made you into who you are now. Don’t disappoint them more than you already have.
