Confusion

You’ll always be my friend,
You’ve been a good person,
You made me smile,
You made me laugh,
But something’s wrong.
Something big.

I think that maybe along the way,
You changed your mind about me,
I wasn’t just a good friend,
I was more then that,
I became something unreachable,
Something that even you couldn’t grasp.

I just may have changed too,
Along the way we laughed,
We smiled,
We fought over petty things,
But something is different now,
I sometimes leave confused,
Sometimes I try to understand you.

What changed?
Was it me?
I’m still the same girl,
I didn’t change,
But what is it?
Is it my looks?
I think I look the same,
I think I dress pretty much the same,
Or is it me?
Is it the fact that I didn’t get those looks,
Or those jokes,
Or all the girlfriends,
Maybe I was blind,
Maybe It was me.
