Crossing Fires

A strange girl who looks so keenly at me
Of which her thoughts travel, plainly I see.
The moment we were in, caught in plain light
Through our eyes, we had elevated sight;
Unto the stars beyond, the seas below
The ominous wind, to the shared cosmo.
Such sentiment was felt, as if our lives
Have crossed before, where our old souls once strived.
Others cannot relate, to this strange bond
which indeed it has just recently spawned.
In slience we smiled, nodding our reunion
Shaking hands in this current form of life,
Satisfied in this renewed communion,
Even just for a moment, without strife.
