Say Hello Goodbye

Hit by a collision
Of the earth and sky
Seeing blurring black trees
Screaming on by
Out the car window
Away and now dry
Breaking and cracking
Our tears say goodbye
I’ll miss you, you know
Time gives a try
It’s hopeless and buried
Along with my tie
Her dress and her neck
Lips asking why?
The tears are still falling
On the grave which she cries
Splintering ice
Haunting her eyes
Sacrament never meant
To hurt the way my
Point was to show her
I don’t want to lie
Lay down in smooth satin
Wasted dead sigh
Next to her love
Wanting to die
Lift her back up
If you dare try
And I promise she’ll love
Till the end of her life
