About Saving Face

Beware the man with the silver lining
Torn so abruptly to frighten
To scare of his competition
And leaving all else speechless
Brining forth his own purity
His heritage he prizes
His breeding he fondles
Shattered by his own deceit
Betrayed by this society that made him
That placed him upon the pedestal
And cast downward,
Shattered and broken on the ivory floor
This vicious cycle of superiority and submission
With the ebb and flow of saving face
It will never stop to catch your mind
