Alpha

The brindle luxury of my other half
the sister you'll never meet
her emerald eyes and tawny coat
of red and auburn streaks

the ones I knew when I were young
now fight me for my place
my older brother
my younger cousin
they all turn away my face

a male is strong so believeable
without the moon lit scar
I was born in sunlight with
the birthmark of the northern star

I am forsaken
take me
shapen
my one and dying plea
I face my hatred I am
woman
but I pull the heaviest burden seen

I you die I am for shamed if
I let you out I may be blamed
fought and bitter, toughened, raped
I turn my back you maul my side
but always Alpha
holding my head high
