The flood took me by surprise,
And destroyed the imaginary world I had built to hide from you.
You have found a secret door.
Now I had nothing but a skull.
Swept away,
Lonely,
Slipping,
Gone.
I bashed on the walls,
Searching for a way out.
How the fuck could you lock me in my own sanctuary?
You do not own me.
Terrified of the sudden emptiness,
I lay down on my bed of ivory, and wept.
Your sick voice crushing my head,
Scream, scream, scream.
Unbearable pain.
I had to escape…
I noticed a tiny piece of strength left behind,
And started clawing at the bone that surrounded.
I saw no light,
But heard you no more.
After ten nails lost, my hands a bloodied mess,
I left my fake world in agony.
But I’d be back again.
