Why Do I?
Why do I, continue to cry?
Why do I, continue to lie?
I am fine, I will say
While my heart turns grey
A tear escapes, no longer day
On my tear drenched bed, I lay awake.
My sobs echo into thin air,
My face is covered with light brown hair
My heart has shown to have a tear
But is too much to hold a repair
If I no longer love you;
Why do I, continue to cry?
Why do I, continue to lie?
Why do I, continue to lie?
I am fine, I will say
While my heart turns grey
A tear escapes, no longer day
On my tear drenched bed, I lay awake.
My sobs echo into thin air,
My face is covered with light brown hair
My heart has shown to have a tear
But is too much to hold a repair
If I no longer love you;
Why do I, continue to cry?
Why do I, continue to lie?
