Wisdom in the Youngest

Car lights
Passing by
All alone, in the dark
She cries.

Lying down
On the ground
Without a home,
She had been found
By the one person who could help her...

God said to her
That she'd be in a better place soon.
She said to God
That she already knew.

And then she was saved,
Saved from her agony.
He had answered her prayers;
She asked to forever be

Gone,
From the world,
From the pain
Of her disease.
She had run,
From the hopital
Screaming and begging
On her knees.
She was done,
With her suffering,
With the crying,
With cost.
She wanted to be gone,
Be gone, gone, gone.
From this life,
From everything.
She knew it wasn't the place for her.

God said to her
That's she'd be in a better place soon.
She said to God
That she already knew.

She'd been right,
With her cancer,
With her wisdom,
Only age eleven.
She'd been right,
All along,
That God,
Would send her to heaven.

God said to her
That she'd be in a better place soon.
She said to God
That she already knew...

A song I wrote today in the confines of my closet... I don't know where the lyrics came from, I've never written a religious song before... I had child prodigies on my mind while writing this, too. Oh. And I was eating chocolate. Yum! :D
It's made for Mezzo/Soprano voices, even though I'm a BiSectional singer in the lower regions of voice. xD I use Falsetto to sing it...
Umm... I guess I'll post me singing it on YouTube sometime, although I doubt anyone'll watch it.
I guess that's it. So. Hope you enjoyed.
