The English get in a mood, the Africans need the food

African children go without an evening meal
Imagine how they feel
But it's not because they want to
It's because they have to
Yet in England, we're so lucky
Think about the Africans, so brave; so plucky
Everyone needs food to survive
It keeps us all alive
The Africans are starving day by day,
And we have the nerve to throw good food away?
If you think about the contrast
You'll discover it's quite vast
Here we are wasting food
Moaning at prices, getting in mood
But children in Africa don't get chance
To gain the energy to laugh, play or dance
Their parents know it's time for goodbyes
When their child stops it's shreiks and cries
I find it appalling the amount we wast
When Africans would eat the food with haste
We must stop this, for goodness sake
One family's waste could fill a lake
Africans lying ill in their bed,
Knowing they will soon be dead
And so to sum up, to conclude:
STOP WASTING DECENT FOOD!
