Hypocrites

They're not judges but they council me
They don't hear my side of the story yet I'm the accused
Should I plead guilty I'm starting to feel abused
The jury is silent they get no say in my case
The judge is glaring and shooting restrictions at me
Their opinion not mine.
Did I commit the crime?
