Unknown

A blank page an empty place
Just waiting to unfold
An unknown person with an unseen face
who's story is yet untold

A sharpened pencil in my hand
But I'm not sure what to write
Maybe a story of two kids in band
Or maybe even a fight

Oh! But an idea has struck
I'll write something indeed
I can't believe today's good luck
This is exactly what I need

A blank page an empty place
Just waiting to unfold
An unknown person with an unseen face
who's story is yet untold

The big vast unknown ocean
Is where they had set sail
And they feel an unknown notion
That they are bound to fail

Unknowingly they're lost at sea
And they sit unseeingly scared
For the unknown person could have been saved
If only someone cared

Enough to read or write his tale
The unknown boy who went for a sail
