Falsetto Death

He carved out his throat with a razorblade,
Embed it in Sink
and watched his clavicle drain away.
Said he to Sink:
“I will never sing again.”
A falsetto singer died that same day.
Obstructed and overflowing,
Drain struggled for breath,
But blood, it could not escape,
And for the first time
Drain could not drain.
It glared death in the face,
And without delay,
Said it to Sink:
“I will never drain again.”

Sink snickered softly
And sang herself to sleep.
