Dreamworld

Dreams

I lie awake as the sun hits my face,
As the night fades away,
And i fall into the world I was born,
The image of you still remains,
Undistorted by the harshness of reality,
What happens when I meet you,
In each and every dream,
All falls together perfectly,
Like the pieces of a puzzle,
Like the fragments of my heart.

Each time I close my eyes,
I want to leave reality,
To join you in my dreams,
Because you’re all I want,
You’re all I need.

I’d die to join you if I could,
If I didn’t know,
I’d never reach you,
That I’ll never hold you,
Until It’s night again,
The place where I belong.
In my dreams,
In your arms,
Back unto my dreaming.
