Call me cynical

I'm tired of all the lies.
The truth is far and few between
We waste this life in ignorance
With no clue of what it means

Half of us are ruled by hate
And vengeance and tainted by trials
we can't see the light flickering at the end
We'll walk blinded for eternal miles

The other half are clouded with denial
Take off those rose colored glasses
The world isn't perfect- despite what you've heard
Time to join the enlightened masses

By "god-given" right you can believe what you wish
But if you're choosing to believe in lies
Then you are choosing the path of a lesser life
Have fun being blind with your glossy eyes.

Some call me cynical some say disturbed
Id rather be that, be hated and feared
Than to live out my life unaware and following
The same stays quo as for thousands of years.

I foresee a fire, burning your heavens
I invision mayhem,death,and destruction
Be careful what you do, what you believe
Or else you'll reap your own reprocusions
