Erin

I know this girl,
Yeah she reminds myself of me.
In time she faded from who she really way,
Because of her self doubts.
Beautiful in her silent pain,
Her smile was never honestly real.
Her arms covered n scars,
I don't think they will ever heal.
Her stomach burns from hunger,
Insecurities reign,
Self hatred fills her eyes.
The best disguise has always been confidence.
Suicide on the brain,
Pills up her nose,
Alcohol down her throat.
Chase away your fears with one more toke,
Paranoia is an ugly thing.
We are just alike in everyway.
Mental health,
Love,
Pain,
And everything.
She has my eyes and my laugh,
But the only real difference between her and me.
She's dead and gone,
Unlike me.
