Her Last Words

Well this is goodbye my darling,
I hope you remember me with every starling
which passes by this street
I leave you sitting in this seat.

This was never superstitious homocide
We both know this was an adolescent suicide...
I'll take this gun, and shoot this bullet,
we sure ain't no Romeo and Juliet.

I was blinded by your fake heart
Now is your chance for that new start
You always said 'i'll love you till i die'
Well you shattered love into my eye

Well can we settle this affair?
Now I'm gone you don't have to care.
You won't see my white washed face
Or my bloodstained necklace

Without me here to drag you down
There aren't enough oceans for you to drown
Maybe you'll keep the razor blades?
Now my life has stopped to fade

Watch the sky above the coffin door
Pray it'll bleed above me
Just promise me one thing before i go?
Don't let them kill me without a no?

Well this is goodbye my darling
I hope you remember me with every starling
That passes by the street,
Those were her last words on this sheet...

Whoa this poem is worse than I remember.
I wrote this a couple of years ago for a competition and it published in some poem book somewhere, I can't even remember what it was called.
I think I have it though somewhere.
Thank you for reading.
