Cats outta the bag

Cats outta the bag
By Aaron Ducker

I’m staring into your eyes
A million lies
A billion times
Cannot make me believe
I see your pain
I look again
I feel the shame
But you know I’ll never leave

From the kiss of a rose
To the end of the snow
the warmth inside is you
and never alone
when your my own
the more I need I lose
but I’ll never take It back
cats outta the bag

hair died in peroxide
venom’s taste of cyanide
but my bodies poisoned deep inside
but suck the venom out my tongue
we stand the test of time
if the test is pain defined
I’ll take your pain and make it mine
We’ll live forever, ever young

From the kiss of a rose
To the end of the snow
the warmth inside is you
and never alone
when your my own
the more I need I lose
but I’ll never take It back
cats outta the bag

eccentrics living mediocrity
in a secret synchronicity
I live and make you the priority
Your nothing more than what you are
I live in the empty space
Coming down you saw my face
Our stories interlaced
And I’ll take you outta space to see the stars

From the kiss of a rose
To the end of the snow
the warmth inside is you
and never alone
when your my own
the more I need I lose
but I’ll never take It back
cats outta the bag

From the kiss of a rose
To the end of the snow
the warmth inside is you
and never alone
when your my own
the more I need I lose
but I’ll never take It back
