She Wants To Feel Loved

People say, how ugly she is.
How she isn't good enough,
how nothing is enough,
they don't realize,
the little thing's about her,
the fact that she's been abused,
she's always wondered,
what would happened,
if she showed them her bruises.

Would they say and speak differently?
Would they pity her?
Would she receive sympathy?
Would they help her get out of the twisted-fate that she's in?

The girl only wants to run away,
she doesn't want their sympathy,
she doesn't want this to happen to her...

But, above all, she wants to feel loved,
especially by the man who hurts her so,
because that man is very dear to her,
even though, he's caused her pain,
because he's important to her,
she cannot hate him,
because he's her father.
