Floating Away

This girl has tears in her eyes
Her face is merely a disguise
Her heart is crying out loud
Her mind is in the clouds.

Can you see the scars on her arm
They were merely just to harm
Her life is a wrecking ball
Causing distraught for all.

Her friends floated away
To a place I cannot say
She has words on the tip of her tongue
But she is so young.

Happiness is merely a faze
That would catch her in a daze
The only rock in her life
Is getting tangled up with strife.

She wants to see the sun beyond the clouds
A person to come save her mind.
Oh dear she doesn’t have long
Till the whole world will become a wrecking ball.
