Brown And Mild Eyes
Yesterday a girl entered a store
She was white as the soft falling snow
She was wearing the most darkest clothes
And she had the cutest little nose
And the way it contrasted her skin
It looked like white on black silk
She caught me staring at her like a new prize
And she looked at me with the most intense dark brown eyes
I panicked a bit inside, but I tried to hold up my pride
And I gave her a little smile, to let her know everything's alright
And I wondered all the beautiful things she hid
Behind those brown and mild eyes.
