One Direction: The Poem

A is for accents both British and Irish that make us want to listen to them talk all day.

B is for the bromances that they have with each other because they’re five best friends whatever comes their way.

C is for carrots that Louis made us fall in love with - “I like girls who eat carrots!” is what he said.

D is for dance moves like stop the traffic, let em’ through, or the 1, 2, 3 Flick where Liam tosses his head.

E is for energy juice that’s a bit too strong, causing them to convulse and fall out of their chairs.

F is for fans, the true ones that they have, who will always remember them as five boys on some stairs.

G is for gorgeous to describe their beauty since they do not have a flaw.

H is for Harry, the youngest in the band, his dimples and curly hair leave us (and Louis) in awe.

I is for the inspiration that they have given to those whom life has brought low.

J is for Jimmy who protested, “NO!”

K is for Kevin the pigeon who is missing in action and Louis wants him back.

L is for the laughter that all of them have brought us - just hearing Niall’s laugh is enough for us to crack.

M is for mischievous which Louis encourages us to be because it makes life fun.

N is for Niall who loves Nandos so much that he will cry if he has none.

O is for One Direction, the name that Harry came up with for them, all striving for the same dream.

P is for Paul who watches over the lads - protecting them from harm we know that his word is supreme.

Q is for quiff which is always in Zayn’s hair.

R is for red, favorite color of Boo-Bear.

S is for SUPERMAAAN which Louis has been known to shout, and also stripes and suspenders that make up his sexy style.

T is for talent which all five of them have, when they sing their angel voices make us close our eyes and smile.

U is for the United Kingdom where their journey started out, and now their first album Up All Night has been released.

V is for video diaries which we love so very much, we re-watch the old ones since the making of new ones has ceased.

W is for weirdos which they all know they are, but we enjoy their quirks because that’s what makes them unique.

X is for the X-factor, the show where they were placed together; they never imagined then their success would reach such a peak.

Y is for yelling which Louis is famous for doing; we’ve learned not to watch videos of him with the volume on high.

Z is for Zayn Malik whose catch phrase is, “Vas Happenin?” He’s our “Bradford bad boy” and he’s always looking fly.
