Sodun

If I were a soul, my purpose would be to live within the world
A Sodun, or daywalker, is what I am
If I were a soul, my trials would concern that of my previous life
A Sodun, or daywalker, is what I am

Soduns are not like normal spirits

They are not bound by the Laws of the Spirits,
They are not bound by the Laws of the Souls,
They are not so easily bound by the Laws of the Eyes,

Soduns are more like Redeemers, Menders, Healers, Replenishers

They settle their debts, good or bad, and right the scales as best they can
The do what they can, sometimes at their own expense
They are powerful and destructive
They are beautiful and humble
They are what they are,
and no gnashing of teeth on my part can change that

I am a Sodun, and this is my fate
If there is a price to be paid, then so be it.

Sodun are spirits, and not spirits. They are not bound by any mortal, immortal, or unmortal law. They are followers of the Goddess, and they cannot be so easily dealt with like most. They are relentless like demons, and yet they can be heavenly as angels. One should beware their power, and rightfully so, for whom so ever comes across a Sodun, should treat it with humility and respect, lest they cast themselves into an abyss of nothingness and darkness.
