Still believing fairytales

A sparkle in her eye
Believing there were no limits
She dreamed of flying high

Being judged for her looks
She hides from the world
By reading her books

Young teen now 14
Believing she's over weight
Takes the blade to her skin
As she stays up late

Girl now 15
A dead look in her eyes
Gives up on the world
Sits up late and cries

Young lady now 16
With wishes to be dead
Every night she takes pills
To quiet the voices in her head
