Revelations of Insanity and Insecurity

Strapped and tied to this bed
On the sheets blood stains are red
Hearing nothing but silence
Inside of me a pestilence
You don’t know my pain

Darkness shuts out the light
Impairing my sense of sight
All through the freezing night
Holding onto my pain so tight
You don’t know my pain

Then all in all I am no good
Taken all that I could
I should be in an institution
I deserve no absolution
You don’t know my pain

Suddenly the door slams open
You don’t know how bad I’m hoping
That it’s you coming in
Hopefully to make me sin
You don’t know my pain

You come in and switch on the light
Prepared for me to give a fight
But surprising you I give in
Giving you a slight grin
You don’t know my pain

Then you pull out the knife
Causing me to fear my life
Suddenly cowering away
Because I know I must pay
You don’t know my pain

You shove the knife deep in my side
Making me want to hide
I scream from pleasure and from pain
Wanting you to do it again
You don’t know my pain

You feel satisfied as you leave my side
But that I know is a lie
You want more I can tell
You want to cause me hell
You don’t know my pain

Soon you’re back, wanting more
I know what you’re looking for
What you’re going to do to me
Is it your sick sense of cruelty?
You don’t know my pain

As I cry out in pain
For the love I never gain
You shove harder into me
And louder become my desperate pleas
You don’t know my pain
