Graduation Day
After four years of college
and 13 years of school prior,
we're packing up boxes
full of old memories
and clothes we can no longer fit.
Nerves set in because we know
tomorrow is not guaranteed,
but we are hopeful because
we know it must be better than
this.

I don't think I've ever written a poem before that wasn't required for school, so writing this was quite fun, although it's clear I'm not a poet by any means. I wrote this for the Mibba Month Prompt Challenge and I'm hoping to fill out most of them, so expect to see some more poems from me!
