Under the Moonlight

Walking along the ocean under the moonlight,
hands intwined barefoot we walk in the sand,
twinkling stars above radiantly shine bright;
emotions so intense I feel as if I cannot stand

I’m captivated by the beauty of your laughter,
holding you gazing up at the cloudless sky,
as we embrace and kiss, my heart beats faster;
your kisses leaving me in such frenzy, I sigh

Watching the raging ocean embrace the shore,
your kisses enthrall my heart, soul, and mind,
we began to touch each other desiring more;
losing all sense of distance, space and time.

Waves crash upon waves making them soar,
under the moonlight the waves wash ashore.
