I fell in love with a boy I met oversea
He was charming and couldn't stop thinking about him
I got his number and he said we'd keep in touch
But I wasn't one for long distance relationships
We stopped talking after a couple months

I fell in love with my best friend once
And it was as if a star fell from the sky
It was wonderful to watch
But afterward the night sky was never the same

I fell in love with a teacher once
And boy do I know this sounds silly
But I had never felt a connection like the one we shared
Too bad he was married and had kids

And everytime I looked at her
