Waiting in the Darkness

Waiting in the darkness
Trapped forever
In the never ending blackness
You don your cracked armor

Your armor of will
As you hear the door open
And shy away from the fear it instills
You are not ready to beaten

At least not again
Not so soon after the last
You pray and say a quick "Amen"
You pray he will be fast

As he comes down the stairs
You know that it won't be
And you burst into tears
As you wish you had never gone that alley.

Your screams echo through the room
But his is blank, he does not care
For here in this bedroom
Here in his lair

No one will come save you
For no one knows you are here
And this is sad but true
You have already been his for more than a year.

There is no escape
You should just accept it
Your pain comes as rape
This is a job you cannot quit

Finally he leaves
Leaving you to nurse your wounds
But you will get no reprieve
For tomorrow the door will surely sound
