Author's Notes: The main reason behind this one is the fact that my ex-boyfriend managed to hack my myspace and then decided that he was gonna send messages to my friends. Annoying ones. Desplaying his name of all things. :roll:
Anyways, that's my muse, and here's the poem.
It Just Has To Be So Hard
Early morning ventures to common ground
The soft humming fan of technology
Calls me to a world made of all my friends
Even though some are my enemies.
They try to break me and ruin my new life
A recreation of my concious world
As soon as I think I am now safe
They take away all the ones that I love.
Former "lovers" can be so harsh
They will use what they need
To squash prde, happiness,
Achievements, and my trust.
Sugar, if you thought you could break me
I'd like to remind you of just one thing:
I have moved on without you in my way
And though you've entered my path, I'll move on.
(To remind you of this situation
Keep in mind I'm screaming out my mission
I was trying to let us off easy
But I see now, that it has to be hard)
It just has to be so hard
