There’s this boy
In my class
I see him everyday
We talk sometimes
And laugh a bit
But why can’t I say
I really like you
You’re my only
The one in my dreams
I should just say it
It should be easy
But it’s harder then it seems

13th February

We talked today
He smiled at me
And I was about to say…
But he turned around
Heard his name
And then just walked away
My smiled dropped
I rolled my eyes
I just missed my chance
He heard me mutter
That I mucked up
And gave me a weird glance
I felt really stupid
A fool
I must of blushed quite red
I’ll do it tomorrow
I must
This must be said

14th February

I’m so shy
I’m too scared
What if he doesn’t care
I’ll say it
And he’ll laugh
And give me that weird stare
He’ll tell his friends
And my friends
Everyone will hear
The laughing
The teasing
That is what I fear
I did it again
I just couldn’t
It’ll just have to wait
Tomorrow
Tomorrow…
I’m already dreading that date

15th February

This is it
He’s coming
Suddenly he says ‘hi’
Just do it
Come on
Do it or you’ll cry
No bad thoughts
Just the good ones
‘How are you today?’
‘I’m good,
what about you?’
Now heres my chance to say…
‘I’m good too,
can we talk?
There’s something you should know
‘It’s just….
I kind of like you
I’m finally letting that show’
He looked surprised
He didn’t laugh
But he smiled and took my hand
‘I like you too,
will you go out with me,
we could go see this cool new band!’
My heart flew
Across the room
And made me feel quite faint
Thank you journal
You have helped me
You’re my little saint!

16th February

Now it’s us
We’re together
In love in every way
He loves me
And we’re happy
