A Light Filled Room

A light filled room,
Reflects off of her eyes,
All of our feelings are kept within us,
Suddenly, they all came out by surprise.

Emotions flying all around,
In an enclosed place,
No words in the world,
Could ever express my face.

I strain to hold her closer,
Forever I will hold her,
The warmth of her heart,
Covers me like fur.

We both had feelings for each other,
But we didn’t know how to show them,
So we just kept them locked deep inside,
Never did we want to get hurt again.

But then one faithful day,
In a small, enclosed room,
A spark suddenly caught fire,
But everything stayed nice and smooth.

It has been two weeks,
Since that picture had been taken,
I’m honored to be able to call her mine,
My love for her, I will never fake it
