To The Angel With The Broken Smile

I never told you but your eyes are like diamonds to me.

Maybe I never showed a sign but your mere smile could make me fall on my knees.

I know I should be looking the other way,

But you’re making it so difficult just speaking those words you always say.

Even breathing seemed unimportant when all I can see is you.

And I do wish that you’re always thinking of me too.

For now I’ve been trying not to show you anything,

But at the same time I wanted to give you everything.

I know that one day this feeling will be the one to bring me down,

So I’m taking distance just so I could stand again before I completely drown…

How I wish I could find a way to release myself from you,
