What does a Pillow do?

To mask a bed, to provide comfort.
To cradle one’s tears; mold to one’s features.
Captures aromas, possessing one’s essence.
Envelops one into a state of tranquility.
Eases one’s loneliness, aids a broken heart.
Instrument to practicing lips, relief to outstretched arms.
To be white and matte,
To be cloud-like and cushy,
To be a solitary object or
To be within a multitude of clones.
Visibly indistinguishable like soldiers at war.
Who at the same time are all victims of anger, recipients of torment.
Bearing others weights, and protecting the innocent and defenseless.
