Dancing with the devil

She was there
The pain she had to bear
was nothing like before
nothing more

Holding her head high
Every night she could fly
all day hanging out with thugs
experimenting with X and drugs

Everything dark that touched her soul
Only a big dark and empty hole
No scent of anything but a big emptiness
she needed love, nothing more, nothing less

One day she comes home, nothing to find
As she stands there, she feels like as if she's blind
Finding her family lying on the kitchen floor, dead
All those feelings, all of them bad

She knew that she was the one to blame
For her family's death, she felt all the shame
She knew this would come, this horrible day
Because of a drug payment, that she didn't pay

So she rushes out, crying, with a kitchen knife
This is it, now I'm gonna end my life
"Sorry" was the last thought that she'd ever think
Everything gone, no lower she could sink

Dancing with the devil isn't much fun
'Cause her pretty little eyes will never see the sun
when the devil offers you a dance
Simply say no, and give life a second chance
