Life touched

The people in this world, Try to understand, That everything in life, will be okay.
The people in my life, Trying to tell me, that everything will be, just fine.

But no one understands. Life doesn’t give out hands, for free.
And everything we do, and everything we see, must be meant to be.

You cry and complain about everything, but do you ever do any thing.
You say you care so much, but has there been a life that you have touched.

We all complain, and try to see, the miracle that’s real,
But miracles come from the heart.
We all want to do what we do, and make the world a real change,
But it seems as if this world will stay,

The people on the streets, seem to understand, More than you and more than me.
The people in the homes, don’t seem to get, when things around them, will go wrong.

But no one gets that, life aint a grand, thing for free.
And what we try to do, everything that was for you, might fail.

And every time I look,
And every time I see.
Every moment took,
Every moment that’s free.

There’s no one else there for you.
No light beyond the shadow.
No where to go when you’re blue,
No one to be there for you…

You cry and complain about everything, but do you ever do any thing.
You say you care so much, but has there been a life that you have touched
